    Fill the form and pay a €17 activation fee — credited toward your first parcel. We send you your Italian receiving address and any operational notes.

  2. Phase 2 — Reception

    02 / 04

    Sellers ship. We receive.

    Your parcels arrive at our Trento address. We open each one, photograph the contents on request, and re-pack to the destination carrier's specs.

  3. Phase 3 — Quote & ship

    03 / 04

    One quote. Then it flies.

    Final quote inclusive of carrier rates. You approve and pay — we hand the parcel to DHL, UPS, BRT or GLS the same business day.

  4. Phase 4 — After-care

    04 / 04

    We don't disappear.

    Tracking support, customs questions, and claims assistance until the parcel lands. WhatsApp or email — we reply within hours.
