A parcel is a single shipment that you send us weighing up to 5 kg and measuring 60×40×40 cm.
If you believe a package may exceed one of these limits, please notify us in advance to avoid a €16.50 surcharge (see Terms and Conditions §5.2).

Everything is paid in one step, and only after your parcel is in our hands. Use the shipping calculator for an instant estimate (shipping cost + our service fee), send us the quote through the form, and we approve it within 1–2 business days — nothing to pay upfront. When your parcel arrives, we repack it and send you a single invoice based on its actual weight and dimensions. As soon as the invoice is paid, your parcel ships. Here is an example: you ask us to ship a T-shirt to the USA, and shipping costs €30 plus a €16.50 service fee for one package. Once we have received and repacked it, you get one invoice for €46.50 — you pay it, and the parcel departs. We accept SEPA bank transfers (including SEPA Instant), card payments (credit, debit, prepaid), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay, all via a secure payment link. Amounts are in euros.

Yes — just request it, and depending on the carrier, we will give you the available pickup points or lockers where we can collect your parcels. You will then need to forward us the pickup codes (QR code, PIN or OTP) as soon as you get them — ideally within 24 hours, as lockers only hold parcels for a limited time.

Your parcels travel with professional, tracked carriers, which carry the minimum liability required by law. If a parcel is lost in transit, let us know as soon as you realise it and we will open or assist with a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Any compensation follows the carrier's own terms and limits. Carriers' claim deadlines are short, so the sooner you tell us, the better. We do not offer insurance of any kind.

For shipments outside the EU, duties, VAT and customs-clearance charges in the destination country are always paid by your recipient — we never advance them.
The one exception is shipping to the USA with Poste Italiane: there ItalParcel advances the customs duties, and they remain payable by you once determined.
For inbound parcels from outside the EU you must give us notice in advance — we may refuse parcels with undeclared customs liabilities.

We reply within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, Italian holidays excluded), and most of the time the same day. WhatsApp is the fastest channel — we do not take phone calls.
